What size should I order?
Our robes are designed to be true to size with a softly tailored silhouette. We recommend ordering your usual size. If you're between sizes and prefer a more relaxed fit, we suggest sizing up.
How should I wear my maison ritual robe?
Maison Ritual robes are designed to be worn on their own, more like a dress than a layering piece. Thoughtful details, considered coverage, and a softly structured silhouette make them feel as intentional as the rest of your wardrobe.
Wear yours from morning through evening, at home and beyond. No need to change or cover up.
Is the fit tailored or relaxed?
Our robes are designed with more structure than a traditional robe, creating a refined silhouette that feels intentional rather than oversized. The adjustable belt allows you to customize the fit at the waist.
Care
How should I wash my robe?
We recommend machine washing cold with like colors, on a gentle cycle. Opt for a mild detergent and skip the bleach to keep your robe at its best.
Can I put it in the dryer?
For best results, lay flat or hang to dry.
Shipping & Orders
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–4 business days (many times sooner). You'll receive a tracking email once your robe is on its way.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at hello@maisonritual.co as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate any changes.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but it's on the horizon. For now, we currently ship within the U.S.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order (i.e., the day it's delivered to you). Returns must arrive in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. For more details, visit Returns and Refunds.
How do I start a return?

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, we offer size exchanges, depending on availability. Please email us at hello@maisonritual.co to initiate an exchange.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Other Questions
Do you offer gift boxes or notes?
Yes, we offer both. If you would like a gift box, please add the gift box option to your cart. It is $15 (1 robe per gift box). If you are ordering multiple robes and want each in a gift box, you will need to add the gift box option for each item. You can also add a gift note with or without the gift box add-on.
Will you be restocking sold-out items?
