We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order (i.e., the day your package is delivered). To be eligible, item(s) must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In their original packaging
• With all tags and labels attached

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once your return is approved and a return label issued, the item must be shipped within 10 days of receiving the label. Returns not shipped within this timeframe will be canceled and no longer eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or credit card provider
• A $10 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item is damaged or incorrect

We offer free size exchanges, depending on availability. Please send an email to hello@maisonritual.co and we will be happy to assist. The item you are exchanging must meet the return conditions listed above.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@maisonritual.co within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and a clear photo of the item. We'll make it right promptly.
